Friday bingo, Rummy Tile, rock painting, a game of pool or shuffleboard, and the summer gardening club give residents plenty of reasons to gather. Mornings often begin with gentle chair exercise or a quiet moment of meditation, and on Thursdays, the coffee groups are where the real conversation happens. 

Thoughtfully designed activities, along with peaceful indoor and outdoor spaces, invite residents to take part at their own pace, fostering a warm and supportive community every day. 

At Fieldcrest, residents build friendships, stay active, and take part in the activities they love, creating a social calendar filled with purpose and joy.

Monthly activities nurture connection

Our recreation team builds a schedule with something for everyone, and residents shape it just as much as we do. Explore your creativity with rock painting and crafts, keep moving with morning chair exercise, or join the gardening club, where residents plant every bed themselves and share the harvest with one another. Each pod has its own common area too, a space that belongs to the neighbours who fill it with puzzles, card games, and a friendly rivalry over who decorates best over the holidays.

At Fieldcrest, community flourishes naturally. Residents connect while tending the gardens, over a round of pool, or by sharing homegrown tomatoes across the hall. Friendships blossom here in ways we could never plan for. One couple, who first met as neighbours, were married right here in our community, with their wedding and reception surrounded by the friends they had made.
